By accessing or using QuantERP ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, accountants, and team members.
QuantERP provides cloud-based accounting and ERP software on a subscription basis. The Service includes invoicing, expense management, banking integration, financial reporting, and optional industry-specific modules.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Free trials do not require a credit card.
You retain all rights to your data. QuantERP does not claim ownership of any data you input into the Service. You may export your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by QuantERP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Industry-specific modules require a valid license.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuantERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access will end at the close of the current billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
