We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company, financial data), information from third-party integrations (bank feeds via Plaid, payment data via Stripe), and usage data (pages visited, features used, device information).
We use your data to provide the Service, process transactions, send service communications, improve our product, provide customer support, and detect fraud. We do not sell your personal data.
We share data only with: service providers who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, email delivery), when required by law, or with your explicit consent. All third-party providers are bound by data processing agreements.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is retained for 90 days (recovery period) then permanently deleted. Financial records may be retained longer as required by applicable accounting regulations.
We encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We use schema-per-tenant isolation to ensure your data is never mixed with other customers. See our Security page for full details.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@quanterp.com.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with consent) to understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Your data may be processed in the United States. We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU data transfers and comply with applicable data protection regulations.
The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
